VB ActiveX CLISID related

I made an ActiveX control with VB. Every time I make it, a new CLSID will be regenerated. Can this CLSID be fixed?

Yes, it is not compatible once, generated to a place, and then choose binary compatibility, based on the first one, generate a DLL, so that there is only one ClSID in the registry
