The asp.net application is not for use by artists. The task of page design is more dynamic modeling, rather than just displaying some unchanging pictures and text. The workload in the design of traditional information system software projects is less than one-tenth of the static interface. It is often because the dynamic modeling is more complicated and many software designers of average level can only model a small part of the dynamic model. As for not designing a dynamic model, it is impossible to design a viable commercial information system at all.

A software company that develops its own products (rather than simple web pages), if its core product turns out to be a static page, then it will spend money to support programmers.
