In the vs Chinese development environment, I use the detailsview, and the automatically generated "Edit", "Delete", and "Add" buttons are all in Chinese. It is not necessary to install all VS, just install the language pack under VS. This language pack is available in SQL Server. If your server wants to install a database, then you can install SQLServer directly
