1. I can draw the use case diagram in Rose, but where should I write the detailed use case documentation? Is it written in word?

In Rose software, isn't there a place where you can write comments for each use case?
That is a box similar to NotePad,
Just write in there.

Well, you can refer to books such as "Effective Use Case Patterns" (other books are of course possible)
