Database field type conversion problem

In the mssql enterprise manager, I want to convert the field type in the database DV_bbs table from ntext to text, but an error occurred during the conversion.
There are about 400,000 pieces of data in the table. Prompt that the server has timed out, and tables with less test data can be converted.

You right-click on one of the registrations in the enterprise manager, properties, and then click the connection page in the SQL properties, there is a timeout setting
