How to use WebBrowser to read the webpage file in the local directory when remote webpage cannot be accessed

When reading a remote webpage fails, it usually returns some specific pages to display in the webBrowser, such as:

              Can't find webpage
              The webpage you are searching for may have been deleted, renamed, or temporarily unavailable.

              If you typed the web address in the "Address" field, please check its spelling.

              Open the www.5-365.com home page and look for the link to the required information.
              Click the back button to try another link.
              HTTP 404-cannot find file
              Internet Information Service

You can check whether the html text in webBrowser contains the obvious substrings in these strings, and if so, turn webBrowser to the local page

WebBrowser1.Navigate('http://192.168.0.1/index.htm')
If the page cannot be found, it is not a 404 message, but a blank
