Open the registry editor (click "regedit" in "Run" and press Enter), locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager node of the registry,
Click on the "Session Manager" node, then find the "PendingFileRenameOperations" option in the window on the right and delete it, then install it.
