As the following table:
Adress Comment

...
There is a lot of data duplication in this table, and it is too much trouble to delete duplicate entries manually (30k items !!)
Please master to help solve it. Thank you first!

1. Open the Excel file containing the duplicate records

2. Select all records and click the "Data" menu → "Filter → Advanced Filter" command

3. Tick the "Select records that are not duplicated" check box, and then change the filtering method to "Copy the filtering results to another location" and set the target area.
