It is a test tool such as LoadRunner. On a machine with a fixed IP, a program can be used to simulate multi-IP access. Requirements: those simulated IPs must be able to ping successfully.
The bottom layer uses winpcap to process the messages received by the opponent, process the received ping messages, and judge whether it is its own simulated IP address, and if it is, it returns an ICMP response message
