Maximum number of concurrent connections (0 = unlimited)
If set to a non-zero value, it will limit the number of connections allowed by Microsoft SQL Server.

Note:
If you set this value to a lower value (such as 1 or 2), it may prevent administrators from connecting to manage the server; however, the "dedicated administrator connection" can always connect.
