oracle build database problem

I used the dbca tool in oralce under linux, why didn't it reflect, after a few minutes I was prompted with java.lang.noclassdeffounderror
How do you solve this problem?

I also ran into this problem. I subscribed to Oracle!
This is how I stole it, started it with DBCA, then saved the script, and installed it with Sql / plus

Java error reported when DBCA was built!
