tablelayoutpanel problem!

I added a datagridview to the tablelayoutpanel.The datagridview is used for data binding on the table temptable.
When I modify the data in the cell of the datagridview, and at the same time I press Enter, the modified data will be submitted to the table I helped (temptable) ..... I feel very weird for this ...
When I haven't used tablelayoutpanel before, I don't need to press Enter, as long as I modify the data in the datagridview cell, it will automatically submit to the data source I helped ...
  I'm distressed now, I don't know what's wrong .. Hope you guys help me. Thank you!

I tried the datagridview on the tablelayoutpanel, it doesn't need "ENTER" to update like you said, it can be updated directly.
