Dear experts, please ask:
Only one of the stored procedures in our company's database is valid, and the rest all suddenly fail, causing very serious consequences, which is considered a major failure. I understand that if the objects (tables, stored procedures, functions) involved in the stored procedure are changed (table structure, stored procedure recompilation, etc.), it will cause the stored procedure to fail, but almost all failures cannot be Caused by a modified table or stored procedure.

The question is what else can cause the stored procedure to fail; Note: After the stored procedure fails, I compile them first and pass them.

  Many thanks! !! !!

Look at the alert_sid.log for any errors?

It may be that Oracle's own underlying package has failed
