CLSID issue on IE plugin

I wrote an IE plug-in according to the online tutorial, but each time the plug-in function is updated to generate a new DLL, the CLSID of the original plug-in will change. What method can be used to regenerate the new plug-in to use the original CLSID or to obtain The CLSID value of the new plugin.
