Assign a set of values:
 chart1.Series [0] .Clear;
       for i: = 1 to j do
    begin
chart1.Series [0] .AddXY (a [i], b [i]);
    end;

To draw a closed curve, just let A [1] = A [J], B [1] = B [J].

No, I don't mean numerically closed, I mean that the graph is closed, just like drawing a circle.
