GridView hyperlink problem

I want to make a hyperlink for the first field in each row of gredview; because different rows have different content, the hyperlinks are also different. But my hyperlinks are all the same! Can anyone help me out! Or change to another database control that can be achieved!

It can be achieved by using the built-in Hyperlink column, followed by the parameters after the Hyperlink.
