Ask JSF not to escape the output string

I want to output <p> bbbb </ p>
<td> </ td> in the middle, but use <h: outputText value = "# {xxx}" />
What comes out is:
<td>&lt; p&gt; bbbb&lt; / p&gt; </ td>
<P> bbbb </ p> is displayed on the page
Is there any way to solve it
