How to quickly locate anchor points with URL parameters?

I want to quickly locate a certain anchor point on another page in a web page. If the URL does not take parameters, I will: detail.aspx # Anchor Name.
But if detail.aspx is past with parameters, such as: detail.aspx? Id = 10000, then how to write the URL of this anchor?
