Push technology is used on the client. How should the server send data to the client? After reading several tutorials, all use Utilttes tools in WTK to send messages, but how should I send data to the client in actual use?

Push is to achieve passive execution of a customer service terminal, which is equivalent to the way that mobile wants to send us a text message. We can't stop it. It has a similar function to Timer.
