....Strange...
I will describe it again.
I use PL / SQL. Then create a new SQL form ...
Then execute
CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE "TEST"
(CODE IN CHAR)
AS
BEGIN
  DBMS_OUTPUT.put_line (CODE);
END;
Then execute
EXECUTE TEST ('AA')
Then a dialog box appears: ORA-00900 invalid SQL statement
strange...
