XML file operation questions

Some parts in the XML file are as follows:
<WorksheetOptions xmlns = "urn: schemas-microsoft-com: office: excel">
   <Unsynced />
    ...
 </ WorksheetOptions>
I now want to remove <Unsynced />
Then add the setting of <PageSetup>, the desired effect is as follows:
