I saved the form, did I generate the exe before or did I save it before? Is there any chance to restore it?

If you have the code of the VB program, only the window interface changes, you can open the project file with VB and modify the window file according to the interface of the original EXE file to restore the original interface.
Secondly, use the VB RezQ decompiler software to get the window interface of the original EXE file, but there is no code, you can replace the code in the VB project you saved.
