Novice ask a question after packing!

I tried to use PB for the first time. When I packaged a completed PB program and moved .exe and other files to another machine to run, "pbvb80.dll was not found" appeared;
What is the reason?
There is another question: how to open someone else's pb program? When I open the workspace with pb, when I load the target, it doesn't let me open it;

There is no dynamic link library, you can find a copy from the PB installation directory and copy it.

These two are required:
PBVM80.DLL
LIBJCC.DLL
The following are copied as needed, and only need to be copied if the features mentioned in the following description are used:
PBDWE80 .DLL DataWindows and DataStores

PBFNT80.INI Mapping unavailable fonts
