VC++ reinstallation appears odbc's sqlInstallDriverManager failed

I have installed VC++ before but uninstalled it~~ Now I always get the error "odbc's sqlInstallDriverManager failed" when I reinstall it~~ How can I solve it? ?

The uninstallation is not clean enough, there may be residues in the registry, delete it should be fine.

Ever installed SQLSERVER?

Open regedit, select "Permissions", remove all the original Admin and System permissions, and then select "Full Control", OK, wait a moment, and you're done.
