Ask a simple question--about use case diagrams and use case documents

1. I can draw the use case diagram in Rose, but where should I write the detailed use case documentation? Is it written in word?
2. If it is written in word, how can it be related to the use case diagram? At this time, it seems that the modification to the use case diagram cannot be reflected in the use case document in time.

In Rose software, isn't there a place where you can write comments for each use case?
That is a box similar to NotePad,
Just write in there.

Well, you can refer to books such as "Effective Use Case Patterns" (other books are of course possible)
