My company’s original program is now merged from the portfolio! Some things in the original database, I don’t want other companies to see, but we need to use it internally, I thought of adding a layer in the middle to control the data, I just have I don't know if this idea is feasible or not!
Please give me a suggestion. If it is feasible, how much work is necessary, and whether the original procedures have to be redone?
If this idea is not feasible, you can also give me a suggestion. How can you control the data viewed by other companies (you can't completely block the viewing of other companies, just filter the data, so they can see what they want, and what they don’t want them to see. No)?

You can disassemble the table, and then set the access permissions separately.
For example, the original table is dbo.t_table1
Two tables can be built user1.t_table1, user2.t_table1
Then import the relevant data into the two tables respectively, so that you don't need to change the program as long as you change the login user.
