How to find the intersection of two tables in Excel?

There are two Excel files e1.xls and e2.xls on the hard drive
There are some common data in the two tables
How to get these same data out?

It would be nice if you talked more in detail. Either merge the contents of the two tables together to form Table 3. In this table, select Data>Filter>Advanced Filter, and check "Select unique records".
