Very strange problem, I used a statement
update QBA01 set qm='Five Districts',dm='One Team',zm='Southern Trinity' where rq>=TO_DATE('2017-01-01','yyyy-mm-dd') and rq<TO_DATE ('2017-01-02','yyyy-mm-dd') and jh='N90-23'
Prompt in sql*plus

1 row has been updated.

But when I looked at the database, there was no update.
Which brother can help

This problem is indeed. This phenomenon exists in both insert and update.
I don’t know the reason, haha
So I wrote a small program myself and put an edit to update the contents of the database.
You can also use sql scrapture (it seems to be misspelled) to update
