Oracle sql server stored procedures are different, you should change it yourself.
For tables, you can also use conversion methods, such as pd
The data can be borrowed from a tool of sql server.

Generally, it can be solved with ORACLE's own data migration conversion tool. Since ORACLE is used, we still have to look at relevant information.

For tables, use tools such as data pipelines to solve (that is, import). If there is an automatic growth field, there is no in oracle (may need to use trigger plus series to achieve).
There is no way for the stored procedure, it must be completely rewritten.
