Of course, you can copy the font you created to other computers to display.
Description: Test environment: XP (English)/SP2, VB6 (En) SP6. I used my self-made DLL/TLB Extend Unicode TextBox and Unicode RichEdit (using CreateWindowExW).

Because the characters you make are in your own computer, they can only be displayed locally

This sentence is correct, but if you change to another machine
He really can't show it, but he should never show the question mark? ?

Use Notepad to save your unicode format, you try again

For example
a.txt save as unicode format
Content is
"we"

If "I" were made up
On other machines, it should show "door" should be replaced with a space instead of a question mark

Can try
