I wrote webservice but don't know how to add a description for it ???

The class is preceded by:
[WebService(Namespace = "http://www.hikaru27.cn/WebServices/", Description = "General WEB Service for Weather Forecasts Provided by Frog", Name = "Weather")]

Public function names are prefixed with:
[WebMethod(Description = "Return the weather conditions of the city described by the Weather_Info class according to the city area code. The area code is an integer, do not add 0 in front"))]
