Reinstalled the machine, and then use load to do data recovery prompt "... was DUMPed under a different sort order ID (44) or character set ID (2) than ones running on this server (SortOrd = 50, CharSet = 2) ... ”
There is a locales directory under the installation directory, in which there is a file locales.dat, open it with Notepad, find the [nt] option, modify the default (default) character set, and that's it!
