MFC42D.DLL is a dynamic library under the debug version, which can only be run on a machine with VC or VS6.0.
Under VC, you try it: Build-> Set Active Configuration ... Select Win32 Release, and then recompile your program. At this time, there is a Release folder in the current environment. The EXE in this file is what you want need.
