DataGrid subscript why out of bounds

I added the ADO component and the DataGrid component, and connected the DataGrid component to the ADO component. The ADO component also successfully connected to the database, but the runtime prompted a subscript to cross the boundary. I don't know what the problem is, please help me, thank you!
